What If I have an additional driver?

You can add up to two additional drivers to your rental booking. All drivers must be verified members of the Veekle platform before booking. The primary driver is responsible for all costs related to the booking. However, all drivers will be listed on the insurance agreement if an incident initiates a claim. Travelers can add additional drivers during the booking process before paying for the trip.

Do you collect a security deposits?

Veekle car owners may or may not require a security deposit. Security deposits are charged when you book your rental; if a claim arises you will be required to pay for the claim up to the security deposit amount.

How do I report vehicle issues?

Travelers should immediately let us know if they experience car issues. If the vehicle you picked up is different than you expected, notify us as soon as possible via hello@veekle.com. Veekle requires that owners maintain their vehicles in accordance with all laws and regulations regarding vehicle safety, condition, and operation. Vehicles should be thoroughly inspected before the start of your trip.

Do I get a replacement vehicle if in an accident?

The only way to get a replacement vehicle if you're in an accident is to purchase replacement vehicle insurance during the booking process. This coverage is optional but is essential. Is roadside assistance offered?

Veekle offers 24/7 roadside assistant at no extra cost. Our partner will provide you with comprehensive, 24-hour emergency roadside and accident assistance no matter where you are on the island.

What’s the age requirement?

Members must be at least 23 years old (not older than 75) and meet our basic eligibility requirements to book or list a vehicle. Veekle cannot alter the age policy, and we advise members not to rent vehicles for other individuals; this is prohibited and can result in removal from our platform.
